Let It Be Membership Programme - Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions (hereinafter “the Terms”) set out the rules and regulations applicable to joining and using the Let It Be Membership Programme (hereinafter “the Programme”). By successfully registering as a Let It Be member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
“Let It Be Membership Programme” means the membership programme operated by LET IT BE LIMITED (hereinafter “the Company”) and applicable to the Company’s coffee shops operating throughout Hong Kong (including the Sheung Shui Fu Hing Street branch and the Fanling Luen Wo Market branch). The Company may amend the list of participating shops at any time without further notice.
“Member” means a natural person who has completed registration on the website and obtained a membership card.
“Credits” means the prepaid amount (HK$) that a member “recharges” on the platform, which can be directly deducted against purchases at participating shops. Credits are solely for the purpose of purchase deduction.
“Participating Shop” means any coffee shop that has joined the Programme (including the Sheung Shui Fu Hing Street branch, the Fanling Luen Wo Market branch and any future shops added by the Company).
“Official Website” means the online platform of the Programme (https://member.letitbesheungshui.com/), which provides functions such as member registration and issuance of a digital membership card.
“Digital Membership Card” means an electronic card sent to the member’s registration e-mail in the form of an Apple Wallet Pass or Google Wallet Pass, containing a QR code for member verification.
2. Membership
2.1 Registration Method
- Official website link
Members must register via the full URL of the Company’s official website (https://member.letitbesheungshui.com/). Any third-party, shortened or manually entered URLs that are not expressly announced by the Company will not be regarded as valid registration channels.
- Required information
On the official website link above, members must provide their name, mobile phone number, e-mail address and other required details.
- Completion of registration
After all required fields are completed and submitted, the system will automatically generate a member number and send a digital membership card (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) to the e-mail address supplied during registration.
2.2 Age Restriction
Members must be at least 12 years old. Persons under 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before registering.
2.3 Contact Information
Members must use a valid Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China or Taiwan mobile phone number and a regularly used e-mail address that belong to them.
The Company is not responsible for any SMS, push notification or e-mail that fails to be delivered.
2.4 Accuracy of Information
All information provided by a member must be true, complete and not fraudulent. If any information is found to be false or inaccurate, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership, confiscate credits and do so without further notice.
2.6 Change of Mobile Number
Members who change their mobile number must update it immediately on the official website or correct it in person at the customer service counter of any participating shop. The Company accepts no liability for any loss resulting from a failure to update the information.
2.7 Membership and Credits Are Non-Transferable
Membership and credits are for the exclusive use of the member; any form of transfer, sale or gifting is prohibited.
2.8 Account Deletion
Members may request deletion of their account and termination of membership by either:
- Visiting any participating shop and having the staff assist with the process; or
- E-mailing membership@letitbesheungshui.com (providing member card number, mobile phone number and e-mail address).
The Company will complete the account deletion no later than 40 days after receipt of the request. Upon deletion, all unused credits and unclaimed rewards will be automatically cancelled, and a deletion confirmation will be sent to the member by e-mail.
3. Digital Membership Card (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet)
- Delivery method
Within 24 hours of successful registration, the Company will e-mail an Apple Wallet Pass or Google Wallet Pass (member may choose the appropriate mobile platform). The e-mail will contain a download link and instructions.
- Card contents
The digital membership card contains (all information is updated in real-time):
Member name
Current credits balance
Member card number (unique identifier)
QR code (for staff scanning)
Reward-related information
Note: The real-time balance and reward information displayed on the card are automatically updated as the member’s account changes; no manual refresh is required by the member.
- Card usage
At checkout, the member simply opens the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and presents the QR code for the staff to scan, thereby applying Credits deductions or recording reward accruals.
- Card security
Members should keep their phone and Wallet application secure to prevent unauthorized third-party use. If the card is lost, stolen or used irregularly, contact the Company’s customer service immediately or e-mail membership@letitbesheungshui.com.
- Card updates
If a member changes their e-mail address or mobile number, the update must be handled in-store by staff; the system will automatically resend a new Wallet Pass. The original card remains usable until the new card becomes effective or until it is manually deactivated.
- Card invalidation
When a membership naturally expires, is terminated by the Company, or is deleted by the member, the digital membership card becomes invalid and can no longer be used in any shop.
4. Credits Recharge and Use
4.1 Credits Recharge
- Recharge method
Members may recharge credits at any participating shop using cash or credit card directly with the staff.
- Amount limits
Each recharge must be at least HK$10 and not exceed HK$5,000. If the Company adjusts the minimum or maximum recharge amounts, the changes will be announced on the official website and take effect upon announcement.
- Recharge confirmation
Upon successful recharge, credits are instantly reflected in the member’s account. If credits are not displayed due to a system error, contact customer service within 24 hours for assistance.
4.2 Credits Use
- Deduction at purchase
At checkout, provide the member number or present the digital membership card (QR code). Staff will select “Use credits” in the POS system to apply the deduction.
- Combined payment
Members may use credits together with cash, e-payment or other methods in a single transaction. The system will first deduct the applicable credits amount, and the remaining balance will be settled by the other payment method(s).
- Refunds and reversals
If a transaction that used credits is refunded (e.g., product return, service cancellation), the refund amount will be credited back to the member’s credits balance.
- Non-convertibility
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, other credits, or any other currency, nor may they be transferred, sold or gifted.
5. “Buy 10 Get 1 Free” Reward
5.1 Reward Details
- Eligibility
Within any consecutive 30-day period (which may span calendar months), if a member makes purchases on 10 separate days where each qualifying purchase is at least HK$30, the member will receive one free beverage (or an equivalent HK$38 Credits) as a “Buy 10 Get 1 Free” reward.
- Transaction-day calculation
Any day on which the member spends at least HK$30 counts as one qualifying transaction day; multiple purchases on the same day are counted only once.
- Reward issuance
When the system detects that the member has satisfied “10 qualifying transaction days within a 30-day window,” the reward (free beverage or HK$38 credits) will be automatically added to the member’s Wallet Pass (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet) on the next day’s settlement.
- No limit on occurrences
The member may earn the reward repeatedly; each new 30-day window that meets the “10 x HK$30” condition triggers another reward, with no cap on the number of rewards.
- Invalidity and revocation
If the Company discovers that a member obtained qualifying transaction days through fraudulent transactions, forged receipts or any other improper means, the Company reserves the right to revoke the reward, suspend or terminate the membership, and confiscate any accumulated credits, without further notice.
- Other notes
The Company reserves the right to amend the calculation method, reward content, or discontinue the “Buy 10 Get 1 Free” promotion at any time. Any changes will be posted on the official website and take effect immediately.
5.1 Wallet Pass Display
- Real-time display
The Wallet Pass will automatically show “Current number of qualifying transaction days”. Whenever the 30-day window calculation changes (e.g., an older qualifying day falls outside the window), the displayed count and remaining days will be updated within 24 hours.
- Display format
On the member’s Apple Wallet / Google Wallet Pass (hereafter “Wallet Pass”), the information will be shown in the format “30(2)”, where:
Left-hand number (30) - the member’s credits balance.
Number inside the parentheses (2) - the number of qualifying “Buy 10 Get 1 Free” transaction days accumulated within the most recent consecutive 30-day window.
6. Company Liability Disclaimer
Except in cases of the Company’s intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, the Company is not liable, directly or indirectly, for the quality, quantity or safety of the goods and services provided by the shops.
The Company also does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of shop information, images or promotional content displayed on the official website or Wallet Pass. The Company is not responsible for any loss arising from erroneous information, except where such loss results from the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Losses resulting from a lost phone, compromised account, unauthorized third-party use of an account or Wallet Pass are the sole responsibility of the member.
The Company bears no liability for any compensation arising from service interruptions caused by system maintenance, network failures, force-majeure events or similar circumstances affecting the website or Wallet Pass.
If a member’s breach of these Terms (e.g., account theft, credits abuse) causes loss to the Company or any participating shop, the member agrees to indemnify the Company and the relevant shop for all losses and expenses (including legal fees).
7. General Provisions
- Data protection
The Company will collect, use, process and disclose members’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the privacy policy posted on the official website.
- Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms, the programme structure, credits-recharge limits, reward content, Wallet Pass layout and validity periods at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the official website, and continued use of the Programme constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Company retains the absolute right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The Company’s decision in this regard is final.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Let It Be 會員計畫 條款及細則
以下條款及細則(下稱「本條款」)說明加入並使用 Let It Be 會員計畫(下稱「本計畫」)的相關規則與規定。成功註冊成為 Let It Be 會員計畫即表示您已閱讀、了解並同意受本條款之約束。
1. 定義
Let It Be 會員計畫 指 由 LET IT BE LIMITED(下稱「本公司」)營運的會員計畫,適用於本公司於全港營運之咖啡店(包括上水符興街分店、粉嶺聯和市場分店)。本公司隨時調整店舖名單,恕不另行通知。
會員 指 已於在網站完成註冊,及取得會員卡的自然人。
積分 指 會員自行於平台「充值」的預付金額(港元),可於參與店舖直接抵扣消費。積分只作為消費抵扣用途。
參與店舖 指 任一加入本計畫之咖啡店(包括上水符興街分店、粉嶺聯和市場分店及本公司未來新增之店舖)。
官方網站 指 本計畫的線上平台(https://member.letitbesheungshui.com/) ,提供會員註冊、取得數位會員卡等功能。
數位會員卡 指 以 Apple Wallet Pass 或 Google Wallet Pass 形式發送至會員註冊電郵的電子卡片,內含 QR Code 作會員認證之用。
2. 會員會籍
2.1 註冊方式
- 官方網站連結
會員必須透過本公司官方網站完整網址(https://member.letitbesheungshui.com/)進行註冊。除本公司明確公告的網址外,任何第三方、縮短連結或自行輸入的網址均不視為有效註冊渠道。
- 必填資料
在上述官方網站連結中,會員須填寫姓名、手機號碼、電郵等資料。
- 完成註冊
完成所有必填欄位並提交後,系統會自動產生會員號碼並寄送 數位會員卡(Apple Wallet 或 Google Wallet)至會員註冊時填寫的電郵。
2.2 年齡限制
必須年滿 12 歲。未滿 18 歲者須取得父母或法定監護人同意方可註冊。
2.3 聯絡資訊
必須使用本人持有且有效的香港、澳門、中國或台灣手機號碼及常用電郵地址。
本公司不對未成功送達之簡訊、推播或電郵負責。
2.4 資料真實性
會員提供的所有資訊均須真實、完整且不具欺詐性。若資料有誤或被發現虛假,本公司有權暫停或終止會籍、沒收積分,且不另行通知。
2.6 手機號碼變更
變更手機號碼者須於變更後立即於官方網站更新,或親臨任一參與店舖的顧客服務櫃檯更正。未更新導致的任何損失,本公司概不負責。
2.7 會籍與積分不可轉讓
會員的會籍及積分僅限本人使用,任何形式的轉讓、出售或贈與均屬違規。
2.8 帳號刪除
會員可透過以下任一方式申請刪除帳號與終止會籍:
- 前往任一參與店舖,由店內工作人員協助處理;
- 電郵至 membership@letitbesheungshui.com(需提供會員卡號、手機號碼與電郵)。
本公司於收到申請後最遲 40 天內完成帳號刪除。刪除完成後,所有未使用的積分與未領取的獎賞將自動註銷,並以電郵方式向會員發送刪除確認。
3. 數位會員卡(Apple Wallet / Google Wallet)
- 發送方式
註冊成功後,本公司將於 24 小時內以電郵方式發送 Apple Wallet Pass 或 Google Wallet Pass(會員可選擇對應的行動裝置平台)。電郵內含下載連結與說明。
- 卡片內容
數位會員卡內含 (所有資訊皆以最新資料即時更新):
會員姓名
即時積分餘額
會員卡號碼(唯一識別碼)
QR Code(供店員掃描)
獎勵相關內容
備註:卡片內的即時餘額與獎勵資訊會隨會員帳戶變動自動更新,無需會員自行刷新。
- 卡片使用
結帳時,會員只需於手機的 Apple Wallet 或 Google Wallet 中開啟卡片,讓店員掃描QR Code,即可完成積分抵扣或獎勵累積。
- 卡片安全
會員應妥善保管手機及 Wallet 應用程式,避免未經授權的第三方使用。若發現卡片遺失、被盜或有異常使用情形,請立即聯絡本公司客服或電郵至 membership@letitbesheungshui.com
- 卡片更新
如會員更改電郵地址或手機號碼,必須於店內由工作人員協助處理,系統將自動重新發送最新的 Wallet Pass。原有卡片在新卡片生效前仍可使用,直至失效或被手動停用。
- 卡片失效
當會員會籍因自然失效、被本公司終止或自行刪除而結束時,數位會員卡同時失效,會員將無法再於店舖使用。
4. 積分充值與使用
4.1 積分充值
- 充值方式
於任一參與店舖的顧客服務櫃檯,以現金或信用卡直接向店員充值積分。
- 金額限制
每次充值金額最低 HK$10,最高 HK$5,000。若本公司調整充值上限或最低金額,將於官方網站公告,並於公告後生效。
- 充值確認
充值成功後,積分立即顯示於會員帳戶。若因系統故障未即時顯示,請於 24 小時內聯絡客服處理。
4.2 積分使用
- 抵扣消費
結帳時向店員提供會員號碼或出示數位會員卡(QR Code),店員於收銀系統勾選「使用積分」即完成抵扣。
- 同時使用
會員可在同一筆交易中同時使用積分與現金、電子支付等方式。系統會先扣除可用的積分金額,餘額再以其他支付方式結清。
- 退款與撤銷
已使用積分的交易若因商品退貨、服務取消等取得退款,退款金額將重新存入會員的積分餘額。
- 不可轉換
積分不得兌換成現金、點數或其他貨幣,也不可轉讓、出售或贈與。
5. 「十送一」獎勵
5.1 獎勵內容
- 獎勵條件
只要會員在 任意連續 30 天(可跨自然月)內,有 10 天 的消費金額單筆為HK$30以上,即可獲得 1 杯免費飲品(或等值 HK$38 積分)作為「十送一」獎勵。
- 交易日計算
只要在同一天內有任一筆消費金額達 HK$30,即算作 1 個符合條件的交易日;同一天內的多筆消費不會重複計算。
- 獎勵發放
系統偵測到「30 天內滿足 10 個符合條件的交易日」時,會於 次日結算時 自動在會員的 Wallet Pass(Apple Wallet / Google Wallet)中加入「免費飲品」獎勵(或等值 HK$38 積分)。
- 次數不限
只要再次在新的 30 天窗口內達成「10 天消費 HK$30 以上」的條件,即可再度獲得一次「十送一」獎勵,無次數上限。
- 失效與撤銷
如發現會員利用虛假交易、偽造收據或其他不當手段取得符合條件的交易日,本公司有權撤銷該筆獎勵、暫停或終止會員會籍,並沒收已累積的積分,恕不另行通知。
- 其他說明
本公司保留隨時調整「十送一」獎勵的計算方式、獎勵內容或停止此活動的權利,變更將於官方網站公告,即時生效。
5.1 Wallet Pass 顯示
- 即時顯示
Wallet Pass 內會自動顯示「目前已累計的符合條件交易日數」。每當滿足 30 天窗口的計算結果變動(如舊的符合條件交易日超出 30 天範圍),Wallet Pass 會在 24 小時內 自動更新顯示的日數與剩餘天數。
- 顯示格式
本店於會員的 Apple Wallet / Google Wallet Pass(以下簡稱「Wallet Pass」)上,會以 「30(2)」 的格式顯示兩項資訊:
左側數字(30) – 會員的積分餘額。
括號內數字(2) – 於 最近連續 30 天窗口 內,已累計的符合「十送一」獎勵條件交易日數。
6. 本公司責任聲明
本公司對店舖所提供商品、服務之品質、數量或安全,除因本公司故意或重大過失外,不負直接或間接責任。
本公司亦不保證官方網站或 Wallet Pass 上之店舖資訊、圖片、促銷內容之完整性與正確性,若因資訊錯誤造成之損失,除本公司故意或重大過失外,概不負責。
因手機遺失、帳號被盜、未授權第三方使用帳號或 Wallet Pass 所致之損失,均由會員自行負責。
因系統維護、網路故障、不可抗力等因素導致網站或 Wallet Pass 暫停服務,本公司不承擔任何賠償。
會員若因違反本條款(如盜用他人帳號、濫用積分)而造成本公司或參與店舖損失,會員同意賠償本公司及相關店舖的一切損失與費用(含律師費)。
7. 一般條款
- 資料保護
本公司將依《個人資料(私隱)條例》及官方網站之隱私政策收集、使用、處理及披露會員個人資料。
- 條款變更
本公司保留隨時修改本條款、計畫結構、積分充值上限、獎賞內容、Wallet Pass 版式及有效期限之權利,變更自官方網站公布之時即生效,會員持續使用即視為同意。
本公司保留隨時更新或修改此等條款及細則的絕對權利,而毋須事前通知。本公司保留最終決定權。
本條款及細則的中文及英文版本若有任何差異,一概以英文本為準。
